✅ Strong knowledge of phonics schemes (e.g. Little Wandle, Read Write Inc., Letters and Sounds)
✅ Ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners
✅ Confident in supporting pupils' early reading, writing, and numeracy development
✅ Adaptable and flexible in your approach to suit the needs of individual pupils
✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills - a true team player
✅ Experience in using formative and summative assessment to drive progress
✅ Passionate about creating a fun, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
✅ Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices
