We are recruiting for a Multiskilled Electrical Engineer to work across our Northern Ireland region. You will perform the maintenance and repair of all aspects of the site including electrical systems, fire alarm systems, structure, compound and enclosure across the Cornerstone Estate.

The position is a mobile role with the requirement to travel to client sites therefore, you must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points. The role is either lone working or as part of a team also.

What are the key duties?

Key duties to include carrying out EICR's, minor electrical repairs & climbing activities. Full training is provided for climbing activities.

Undertake the installation of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems

Undertake the maintenance of Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems

undertake inspection and maintenance of the site including the structure, compound and enclosure 

Identify any risks or issues rectify where possible and report to client

Work on the improvement and implementation of PPM program 

Liaise with Client on-site teams regarding on building service related issues

Completion of required documentation as specified 

Attend Site Meetings and Training when required

Follow Health and Safety guidelines and report accordingly

Co-operate with other business disciplines for the provision of multi- discipline services where required

What We Are Looking For?

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

City & Guilds 2356 Part 1 & 2,

City & Guilds 2357

BS 7671 Electrical Regulations 18th Edition.

City & Guilds 2391-52 Electrical inspection and Testing is desirable

Ability to work remotely and independently

Full UK Driving Licence - Driving can take up to 50% of the day but is paid as part of the day & not just per task

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
