The Role
As a Facilities Supervisor focused on soft services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our client's facilities. You will be responsible for managing cleaning and other soft services to the highest standards, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the delivery of soft services
* Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service standards and compliance.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and address any issues promptly.
* Manage budgets and resources efficiently to optimize service delivery.
* Implement and maintain health and safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment.
* Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events and functions.
* Monitor and report on service performance, implementing improvements as necessary.

* Proven experience in a supervisory role within facilities management, with a focus on soft services.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
* Proficient in using facilities management software and tools.
* Full UK driving license.
