We are looking for a dynamic, experienced and motivated cover supervisor on a long-term basis
The successful candidate will have a passion for education and ideally be looking to teach in the near future.
You will be working closely with the senior leadership team and be taking lessons in the absence of teachers

Experience as a Cover Supervisor or Teaching Assistant (Desired, not essential)
Have an interest in the education sector
Educated to a degree level
Have an enhanced up to date DBS (Or willing to process one)
Ability to engage with and inspire young learners

Role Summary
As a cover supervisor your main objective is to oversee the smooth running of all lessons during the school day, supervising the cover work set by the absent teacher, ensuring the children have the requested resources and knowledge to complete the work set by the teacher.
Collecting completed work after lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher/ department.
