Our leading Property client is recruiting for a new Executive Director to join the business following expansion and incorporating a larger structure. Reporting directly to the CEO and working in collaboration with other group operating company Executives whilst overseeing a small team of Directors, you will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, innovation and value for stakeholders with the long term vision of being the number 1 in the UK market.

Leading a high performance team
Developing business strategy
Developing key business plans
Cascade and drive strategy within the business
Oversee company productivity, trends, forecasting and financial
Collaborate with peers and CEO to develop vision
Delegate, supervise and monitor key business objectives
Analyse and minimise business or operational risk
Act as focal point/speaker for given business line within the wider group
Developing your team promoting engagement and structure Experience required:
Proven Senior Director level experience
Experience within a Property or Similar industry (B2C)
Ability to understand markets and guide the business accordingly
High levels of integrity and adaptability
Ability to motivate others and drive a business vision
