Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing site operations and ensuring project delivery within scope and schedule

Managing subcontractors and maintaining quality standards

Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
