We are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned, well-run, ambitious and growing Principle Contractor, based near Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire.

The company deliver Construction Projects across Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Middlesex, Wiltshire & Buckinghamshire . Clients span the Light Industrial, Commercial Offce, Formula 1 & NHS sectors with Project Values ranging from £250k up to £15 million.

Reporting to the Commercial Director as a Project Quantity Surveyor this is a varied role required you to work on sites and from the, company owned, offices.

The successful candidate will be qualified to a minimum level of HNC in a Construction related discipline & will be able to demonstrate experience of setting up and managing commercial controls and delivering construction projects to time and budget.

The successful person will be rewarded with a salary of between £70k-£80k (DOE) plus car /car allowance, benefits package and ongoing career prospects
