The Junior Residential Property Solicitor's role

The successful Junior Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for managing their own caseload, dealing with a variety of conveyancing transactions. Working closely with the Head of Department, the Junior Residential Property Solicitor will also support the team in delivering high-quality service to clients. A flexible and proactive approach is essential to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

The Junior Residential Property Solicitor

0-2 years' PQE in residential conveyancing.
Experience managing multiple conveyancing transactions simultaneously.
Strong client-facing skills and experience working with estate agents and other third parties.
Competence in preparing completion statements and generating bills.
Excellent organisational skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
