Location: Wigan or fully remote

Contract: Three Months (Scope to extend)

Rate: £475 - £525 per day (Inside IR35)

The Company

I am working with A Managed Network Solutions business that specializes in providing comprehensive IT network management services. They focus on delivering tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of businesses, enhancing operational efficiency and security.

They are now looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join their team on a contract basis to support with ServiceNow Administration with the focus being mainly on reporting and building out the reports within ServiceNow.

The Role

Building out reports within ServiceNow
Administer and support the ServiceNow platform, including incident, problem, change, and configuration management.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules as needed.
Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance.
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for processes, policies, and procedures.
Provide user training and support, ensuring a high level of user satisfaction.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow updates and best practices.
