Air Export Coordinator
Location: Feltham
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Bi-Annual Bonus

A leading freight forwarding company is looking for an Air Export Coordinator to manage air shipments, handle export documentation, and liaise with clients, airlines, and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee air export shipments from booking to delivery
Prepare and process export documentation (AWBs, customs clearance, etc.)
Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery
Communicate with clients, airlines, and overseas agents
Maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies

Requirements:

Experience in air export operations (freight forwarding preferred)
Knowledge of airfreight documentation & customs procedures
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Cargowise experience is a plus)Benefits:
