What You'll Do

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you'll specialize in building and managing a recruitment market. Your responsibilities include:

Cold Calling & Business Development: Spend significant time on the phone building relationships and generating job opportunities with clients.
Market Expertise: Focus on a specific country and industry, becoming an expert in that niche.
Managing the Recruitment Process: Learn to source candidates, guide them through the interview process, and liaise with clients to ensure smooth placements.
Market Building: Grow your candidate and client base to drive revenue and establish your market.
