Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Team Leader Supervisor for an organisation based in Berkshire, on a permanent basis.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Repairs Team Leader:

Oversee repair jobs and assign tasks to trade operatives.
Supervise the efficient use of resources, including staff, materials and transportation.
Conduct regular staff meetings, including skills assessments, toolbox talks, one-to-ones and van stock audits.
Plan work schedules.
Track individual staff productivity and work quality, identifying and addressing training and development needs when necessary.
Ensure full adherence to Health and Safety policiesEssential Requirements of the Repairs Team Leader:

A relevant professional qualification
