Customer Services Representative - Doncaster

The Role:
* Reporting to the Customer services Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of parts enquiries and sales, liaising with warehouse staff and others in the business to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of orders, and maintaining our SAP system as appropriate. This includes:
* Positive and supportive communication with customers, delivering excellent customer service and support
* Creating quotations using SAP
* Verifying the accuracy and correctness of all terms and conditions of quotations and orders in line with customer and company expectations.
* Accurately processing orders in the SAP System including material ordering, material selection through to invoicing.
* Ensuring realistic delivery times are offered
* Arranging freight with nominated forwarders and completion of export paperwork and legal documents for export shipment and clearance
What we would love you to bring to the role:
* Demonstrable experience in a customer facing role
* Experience of order processing
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* "Customer-first" approach and a willingness to go the extra-mile to deliver customer satisfaction
* Positive can-do attitude and a focus on personal development and continuous learning
* IT literacy
* Team player with strong inter-personal skills and ability to harvest relationships across the organisation
* Experience of export/international trade, shipping and documentation is desirable but not essential
Working Week: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour week
