We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join their 3AA rosette restaurant.

This stunning luxury hotel has maintained a top reputation that is set to continue with a dynamic team of ambitious chefs that help to ensure quality is paramount. We are looking for someone who is local or who is willing to relocate as staff accommodation is not available but they are looking for someone focused and passionate about cooking. You should have a minimum of a recent 2 or 3AA Rosette background.

What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a culinary team of 8 working 5 straight shifts per week. You will need to provide culinary excellence, ensuring that the high expectations are met whilst preparing, cooking and presenting dishes. You will cater for service in a timely manner, for the restaurant as well as the lounge/bar area, banqueting, room service and afternoon tea.

Candidates applying should have a minimum of a recent 2 or 3AA Rosette background.

Please note accommodation is not available with this role therefore you should only apply if you are able to commute to the Guildford area daily.
