Farming Advisor/Agricultural Consultant - East Anglia / South West / Nationwide - Up to £45,000 + Great Benefits!!!

We have an exciting opportunity for a Farming/Agricultural Business Advisor to join a leading client in the farming and agribusiness sector. In this role, you'll provide consultancy services, assist with budget planning, grant applications, and agricultural schemes like BPS, CSS, and SFI. You'll also manage client relationships, offer soil and nutrient planning advice, and explore new market opportunities. This is ideal for someone passionate about agriculture, eager to support client success and business growth.

Role:

* Implement a ‘value-added’ approach throughout the business.

* Identify and explore new market opportunities for products and services.

* Assist with grant applications, BPS/CSS, and the new SFI scheme.

* Manage budget and cashflow planning for clients.

* Provide soil, manure, and nutrient planning consultancy.

* Contribute to the management of membership benefits and services.

* Act as the key point of contact for key clients.

* Identify gaps in current client offerings and introduce new opportunities or skills.

* Collaborate with the wider team and external clients to achieve business objectives.

* Assist with ongoing projects and provide a range of consultancy services to farming businesses.

Salary:

* Up to £45,000 per year (DOE)

Skills:

* Experience in agricultural consultancy or a related field.

* Strong client relationship management skills.

* Knowledge of grant applications and agricultural schemes like BPS/CSS and SFI.

* Proficient in budget and cashflow planning.

* Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a wide range of tasks.
