Finisher - Housing Site in Scarborough (CSCS Required)

Location: Scarborough
Rate: £20 - £23 per hour (to be discussed based on experience)
Hours: 07:30 - 16:30, Monday to Friday
Contract Length: 10 months

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Finisher to join a busy housing development site in Scarborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled worker to secure well-paid work on a high-quality project.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out final finishing works to ensure houses are completed to a high standard

Patch plastering, caulking, snagging, and minor joinery work

Ensuring all surfaces, fixtures, and fittings meet quality expectations

Touch-up painting and general repairs as needed

Working closely with site managers to complete final snag lists

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

Valid CSCS card (essential)

Proven experience as a Finisher on a housing site

High attention to detail and ability to work to a high standard

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Own tools and PPE (hard hat, high-vis vest, steel-toe boots)

What We Offer:

£20 - £23 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

10-month contract with steady, ongoing work
