The Client recruiting for the Internal Account Manager:

Our client is expanding and on the lookout for an internal Account Manager / Business Development Manager from a technical setting.
They have over 35 years of building strong customer relationships.

Work with renowned companies in the F1, Automotive, Aerospace, and Electronics sectors, amongst others.Your Role as an Internal Account Manager:

Office based in Northampton.
Focusing on 'Supply-Only' customers.
Managing an existing portfolio of existing accounts and providing exceptional service.
Examples include OEM's, End-Users, and Distributors
Increase the account spend of customers where possible.
Find and pursue new business opportunities.
Have technical conversations with both technical and non-technical people
Liaise with the existing service, marketing, and projects team where needed.
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00, Friday 08:00 - 15:00, 40 hours per weekIdeal Background for the Internal Account Manager:

Existing experience with internal technical sales, either in Account Management or Business Development.
Have worked in a targeted, sales role previously
Able to pick up technical products
Happy to commute to the Northampton site daily.
You must have right to work in the UK as sponsorship will not be provided.The Package for the Internal Account Manager:

£28,000 - £35,000 basic salary, depending on experience.
