SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Administrator to join a global media and broadcasting company. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of administration experience within the media industry and a strong knowledge of SalesForce. SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:
Process new customer account requests in SAP
Create and manage deal opportunities using Salesforce (sales management software)
Track revenue reports and ensure timely delivery to the Finance team
Collaborate with Finance to allocate revenue at the title level
Resolve credit control queries to mitigate financial exposure
Manage rights expiries and content withdrawals in Rightsline (rights management software)
Work with the Data team to support onboarding of performance data and resolve ID mapping queries SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR KEY SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Proactive, with the ability to work independently and show initiative, comfortable working in a matrix
High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
Ability to cope well under pressure in a busy environment
Strong communication and people skills (internally and externally)
Good team player with experience handling complex administrative tasks
Strong IT skills, including Excel.
Knowledge of Salesforce and Rightsline experience is a bonus, however, training will be provided
German language skills are a plus
An interest in television content and the digital media landscape is desirable
