Your role:

Building and maintaining client and candidate relationships

Being an expert in your market 

Mapping current and future projects 

Actively sourcing candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)

Be able to Consult with clients and candidates about current market and future market predications 

Generate passive candidates

Experience required:

Experience working as a 360 recruitment consultant

All sectors will be considered (Construction, Engineering and Property beneficial)

Sales background 

Ability to successfully build and maintain relationships
