We have an exciting opportunity for a practice trained accountant to join a national firm in Leeds as an Accounting and Advisory Manager. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors, driving business growth and delivering exceptional client service.

This is a hybrid working role with flexibility and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of non-audit cleints.
Project manage end-to-end engagements, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Develop strong client relationships.
Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching and mentoring.
Ideal Candidate:

Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
Experience with UK GAAP and financial reporting.
Strong technical skills, including FRS 102 and FRS 105.
Proficient in cloud accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).
Proven team management experience.
