HGV 2 DRIVER West Midlands

Pertemps driving division are looking for HGV 2 drivers to join our team within the West Midlands region to cover weekly and last-minute bookings.
Whether you’re looking for ongoing HGV 2 work, or just AD-HOC work to fill up the gaps in your week please get in touch!
 
The role will entail and not limited to:

Conducting daily/weekly pre-journey safety checks, ensuring the truck remains in a safe, roadworthy condition.
Driving various heavy goods vehicles with a variety of trailers depending on the load.
Internal and external deliveries, Depot to depot deliveries/collections.
Handball can be involved.
strapping loads
Trunking work
Trailer swapping
Yard shunting/movements 
To be considered for this HGV 2 driver role you will need:

Category C license entitlement (MUST OF HELD  FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS)
6 Months experience driving C+E vehicle
Valid Tacho and DQC cards
Friendly, professional, and dedicated to great customer service
An outstanding work ethic and the ability to work at a fast pace
Flexible approach to work and willingness to support when needed
PAYE Only

£13.00 - £16.25 - Dependant on shifts and hours
