Circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata)
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and knowledge within property/construction? This role offers 20 hours per week, with the potential to expand to full-time in the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector
* You will be the first point of contact for customers, over email and some over the phone
* Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook
* Handling inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly.
* Organise and manage documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
* Being the support in the office, dealing with other ad hoc duties
About You
* Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferable
* A confident user of Microsoft Excel
* Able to work as part of a small, collaborative team
* Detail oriented
* Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
* A proactive, reliable attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
* Self-motivated and eager to succeed
