Our Client is currently looking for an Assistant Site Manager to support the current Site Manager on site on a small residential site consisting of 2 x 4 bed houses. The Client are also looking for a Manager that has a Forklift ticket and would be willing to help out as and when is required. 

This particular role is an 8 month contract and the ideal Candidate would have previously worked for a Housebuilder and will be familair with NHBC regulations.

Would ideally need SMSTS, First Aid and Forklift ticket.
