Job Title: Part-time Teaching Assistant

Salary: £90-£100 P/D PAYE

Tradewind are currently supporting a lovely mainstream Primary School in Bedford who are looking to recruit a Part-time Teaching assistant to join them on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays on an ongoing basis. The working hours for this role are 8:30-3:30.

As part of this role you will be working closely with a student with additional needs. You will be responsible for ensuring they are able to maintain focus throughout the day through gentle encouragement. The successful applicant will be able to build rapport quickly and ensure clear boundaries are set and followed.

You will also have responsibility for supporting small groups of children in Maths and English. A strong grasp of the Key Stage 1 curriculum is therefore essential.

These roles would be suitable for experienced TA's or Graduates who are looking for their first role in education.

Interviews and trials are taking place after Easter for immediate starts.
