TalentTide Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading institution in the search for a Senior Project Manager to lead a variety of exciting and transformative projects within their Digital Environment Portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, driving innovation and efficiency in IT infrastructure.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be tasked with delivering multiple IT infrastructure projects across the organisation. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and business partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will play a key part in driving innovation and aligning project outcomes with the institution's strategic objectives.
This is a full-time position (35 hours per week) with an indefinite contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT infrastructure projects in a fast-paced setting.
* Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
* Apply project management methodologies, including Prince2 and Agile, to ensure effective delivery.
* Adapt to and navigate complex technical challenges while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
* Foster a collaborative team environment, inspiring multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals.
Essential Requirements:
* A proven track record in delivering IT infrastructure projects within a complex, dynamic environment.
* Strong experience in engaging with management and diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
* Proficiency in project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Prince2, Agile).
* Demonstrated ability to manage infrastructure technology projects efficiently.
* Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while prioritising tasks effectively.
Desirable Skills:
* Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present and explain complex information clearly and logically.
* Strong influencing and persuasion skills to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
* Excellent decision-making abilities, with the insight to assess complex situations and escalate issues when necessary.
* Effective prioritisation skills to manage competing demands and challenges.
