Pay: £12 – £13 per hour

Working Hours:

* Typically 8am – 4pm (7.5 hours paid, 30-minute lunch break)

* Some flexibility may be available (e.g, 8.30am start or 3.30pm finish) depending on the school’s needs.

Job Overview:

Provide Education is seeking friendly, professional, and efficient administrators to join our Business and Administration team. This forward-facing role requires exceptional front-of-house service, making you the first point of contact for visitors, parents and pupils. The ideal candidate will be approachable, welcoming, and possess excellent organisational skills. You should be confident with strong communication abilities and have a sound understanding of safeguarding children.

Key Responsibilities:

* Communicate with academy staff to ensure pupils receive the support they need.

* Handle queries from parents and guardians.

* Compose academy letters and prepare items for postage.

* Ensure all visitors follow the sign-in procedure and have the appropriate security clearance.

Ideal Candidate: This role suits candidates with school experience. However, individuals with a strong work history in busy office environments or front-of-house roles (e.g., public sector positions) are also well-suited.

Candidate Requirements:

* Right to work in the UK.

* Availability to work 5 days per week.

* Strong personality, confidence, and excellent communication skills.

* Must have a DBS check or be willing to undergo a DBS check through Provide Education.

* Must have A-C grade or equivalent in English and Maths.
