Job Title: Project Manager – Passive Fire Protection
 Location: Nationwide (Site-Based Role with Occasional Office Visits)

Overview:
 Our client, a specialist contractor within the passive fire protection industry, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects across the UK. The role is primarily site-based, with occasional visits to head office as required. Projects will span residential and local authority properties, including social housing schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver passive fire protection projects across various sites nationwide
Oversee fire-stopping and fire door installations within residential and social housing properties
Supervise on-site activities to ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations and certification standards
Coordinate and manage teams of operatives and subcontractors
Maintain accurate site records, reports, and project documentation
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Conduct inspections to ensure all works meet FIRAS or BM TRADA standards
Provide regular progress updates to senior management and attend project meetings as requiredRequirements:

Proven experience as a Project Manager within passive fire protection
Experience working in lofts or similar confined spaces
SMSTS or SSSTS certification (essential)
FIRAS or BM TRADA accreditation (essential)
Strong knowledge of fire-stopping systems and relevant UK building regulations
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skillsPackage:
