Position: Freelance Site Manager - Day Shift

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join their team in Bristol on a fast-paced M&S fit-out project. You will be a key member of the site team, client facing and working on a sharp dealine.

Retail fit-out and refurbishment experience is essential - previous project list must be provided.

Responsibilities

* Manage subcontractors and specialists onsite

* Ensuring cost efficiency at all times

* Carry out toolbox talks & Inductions

* Responsible for on-site Health and Safety

* Chair site meetings

Must have commercial fit out experience, SMSTS, CSCS Card & First Aid.
