Location: Sibsey (Near to Boston)
Hours: Full-time, Thursday–Monday, 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: £30,000 basic + £60,000 OTE

Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity with a premium developer? Maitland Selwyn is seeking a sales-driven and customer-focused professional to join our team, representing a 5-star housebuilder and helping buyers find their perfect home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet potential buyers, providing an exceptional customer experience

* Guide customers through the sales journey, from initial enquiry to completion

* Conduct viewings of stunning new homes and confidently present the benefits of each property

* Manage reservations and contracts, ensuring all paperwork and processes are completed accurately

* Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and site teams to facilitate a smooth transaction

* Achieve and exceed sales targets, working proactively to generate interest and drive sales

* Maintain the marketing suite and show homes, ensuring they are presented to the highest standard

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in new homes sales or a strong background in property sales

* A results-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and closing skills

* Outstanding customer service and communication abilities

* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the wider team

* Flexibility to work weekends (Thursday–Monday schedule)
