Job Title: Inside Freight Coordinator

Locations: Nottingham (Central)

Duties:

Identifying and pursuing new freight opportunities
Prospecting and generating potential leads
Providing customer guidance and support, including preparing estimates and proposals
Building and maintaining strong client relationships by offering support, insights, and recommendations for new business opportunities
Addressing and resolving customer inquiries
Demonstrating a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for the freight product
Ensuring high-quality service by upholding and enforcing organisational standardIdeal Candidate:

1 year + Experience within Freight
Experience with Key accounts
Negotiation Experience
Customer Service
