Warehouse Manager – North West London

Our client is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a team, ensuring efficient stock management, timely deliveries, and excellent customer service.

? Location: North West London
? Salary: £34,000 - £36,000
? Hours:

* Monday to Friday: 8am - 6pm

* Alternate Saturdays (1 in 2): 8am - 1pm

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring stock accuracy and audit compliance.

* Set and monitor team performance, providing training and support.

* Maintain high service levels, scheduling deliveries to meet customer needs.

* Ensure efficient stock handling, from inbound checks to outbound dispatch.

* Uphold health & safety, operational processes, and compliance standards.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience managing a warehouse team.

* Strong organisational and leadership skills.

* Proficiency in systems such as Excel and SAP.

* Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.

* Experience in a high-volume warehouse environment is desirable.
