This exciting opportunity is for a Bid Writer Marketing Coordinator to join an award winning practice based in London. To be successful in this role, you must be a creative and ambitious individual, who resonated with approaches that can lead to creating a cohesive and consistent studio profile. 

Responsibilities of this Bid Manager role:

Working with the Principal and Senior Team to deliver high-quality bid documents, PQQs, write our PCQ case studies, competition entries, award submissions and news letters
Responsible for writing content for use in the bids, presentations and all supporting documentation, ensuring a cohesive and consistent approach
 Responsible for writing and distributing press releases, newsletters, social media posts and other publications. All content will have to be cohesive reflecting the studio identity and values
Identifying tender opportunities and monitoring tender portals and OJEU notices, and present relevant opportunities to the management team
Managing and updating writing in all marketing collateral including publications, portfolios and CVsSkills required for this Bid Manager role:

Excellent writing skills. Creative writing or journalism background is preferred.
Exceptional in bid writing within the architectural industry for at least 2 years.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
