Key Responsibilities of the Civil Litigation Lawyer role include:

General housing litigation matters such as anti-social behaviour, possession claims, and injunctions.
Civil Litigation matters including; contractual disputes, property disputes, construction litigation
Assisting the legal team with employment matters, such as discrimination cases and HR queries.Experience for the Civil Litigation Lawyer role:
