NonStop Social Care is currently working with a highly regarded fostering agency in Bridgend. I am looking for a newly qualified supervising social worker to join their team in Bridgend. The IFA supports a hybrid model of working with lots of flexibility to work from home.

The Fostering agency is a Outstanding Ofsted provider and has a focus and offers great support for newly qualified social worker. You will benefit of Robust Induction, Supportive Management Team, Monthly Reflective Supervisions, regular learning and reflective opportunities with the Social Work team.

Responsibilities

The newly qualified supervising social worker will be working remotely and visit foster carers and families when required. Most of the visits are done in person and the locations of the carers are in South Wales.
