Regional Support Manager required to support the management of a group of luxury elderly care homes across Bristol, Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading care provider in this varied and challenging new role. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to drive quality and outcomes to your portfolio of care homes.

Duties:

In the event of Home Manager vacancies, you will be expected to fill the role until a permanent manager is appointed. In some instances this may require a willingness to register with CQC.
This role will require extensive travel with the need for overnight stays.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar role.
L5 Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
Nurse qualification with valid NMC Pin.
Car driver with flexibility to travel and stay away from home during the week as required.

Remuneration:

£75,000 - £80,000pa NEG/DOE
All mileage and expenses paid
