We are delighted to be working with a well-established and leading online retailer to recruit a Buying Assistant to join the Buying team.
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and develop a career in Purchasing.
Responsibilities include:
Order and return samples, liaise with suppliers
Organise photo shoots and samples for selection
Assist in resolving any quality issues, liaising with customer service and the warehouse team
Accurately record information on Excel spreadsheets
Assist in writing product descriptions for the website
Requirements:
Good attention to detail
Administration experience
Degree or equivalent experience
Driving license and car due to rural location
This role is a full time, hybrid position, with the ability to slit working from the office in Chalgrove, and from home (flexibility required during busy periods)
