Marketing & Sales Executive
We are excited to be hiring a Marketing & Sales Executive to join us at RedTech Recruitment! At RedTech, we specialise in helping tech companies find the best-emerging & experienced talent. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our Business Development division, where you'll create engaging marketing content, write prospecting emails, and speak with potential clients to introduce them to RedTech’s services. Your goal will be to win and develop key accounts for the business.

Location: 4 days remote working / 1 day in an office in Cambridge (Monday – this is mandatory)**Important info below for part-time applicants
Salary: Basic + Comms with a realistic OTE year 1 £35,000+ / year 2 £40,000+
Requirements for Marketing & Sales Executive:
* Proven skills in creating engaging social media and written content - can be academic, commercial, or impressive personal success (i.e. having grown a large following)
* You are confident and outgoing.
* You have experience in selling over the phone and are unfazed by making calls to new contacts.
* Tech-savvy.
* A self-starter with plenty of enthusiasm, taking the initiative. With so much remote working, we need someone who can work independently and drive results.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal—you’ll be crafting compelling emails, writing engaging marketing posts, and communicating clearly over the phone and in person
* Knowledge of technical terminology is a plus.
Responsibilities for Marketing & Sales Executive:
We’re seeking someone to help spread the word about RedTech and ultimately secure new business. On a daily basis, you'll connect with potential clients through various channels, including:
* Create engaging and on-brand content across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
* Source job leads from multiple online platforms and update our database.
* Follow up on leads via phone, email, and occasional site visits, ensuring consistent outreach.
* Attend networking events to expand your professional connections and write content on the event.
* Identify key target clients and run focused campaigns to engage them.
* Book and attend meetings with prospective clients to grow new business.
* Occassionally qualify candidates for live roles to stay updated on market trends, and manage those candidates through a recruitment process.
* Occasionally, you’ll also write ad copy for new job openings.
