M4 Recruitment are pleased to say we are looking for an experienced paint sprayer for our busy client in Bristol who work with a range of clients on different projects.

Are you an Sprayer looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills in a dynamic and creative environment? If you have a keen eye for detail, expertise in paint preparation and application, and strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Effectively prepare and spray panels within required deadlines.

* Manage stock levels to ensure all necessary paint supplies are available at all times.

* Order and specify products as needed for production.

* Identify and suggest sustainable paint solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

* Strong experience in panel spraying, including paint mixing and application.

* Ability to manage stock and order products efficiently.

* Knowledge of sustainable paint solutions is a plus.

* A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused attitude.

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum OTE
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Breaks: 15 minutes in the morning, 30 minutes for lunch, and 15 minutes in the afternoon
Overtime: Paid at time and a half
