Responsibilities:

Develop financial reporting, introducing automation and streamline reporting process Produce vital reports that are used in monitoring the performance of the company,

Oversee financial performance and strategy

Delivery of critical business information and providing performance analysis on key business areas in the UK and Europe

Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive business growth

Provide accurate and timely financial reports

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards across UK & Europe

Lead, inspire and develop finance team

Act as a key contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies

Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.

Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and evaluate commercial strategies and initiatives, providing financial insights and analysis to increase revenue and profitability.

Candidate Requirements:

* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)

* Proven background working in a Commercial Finance Manager role or similar

* Experience in European finance

* Experience in financial planning and analysis

* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

* Excellent leadership and team management skills

* Energetic leader who can inspire and motivate a team
