We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood samples from patients, ensuring patient comfort, and following strict hygiene and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform venipunctures and capillary punctures efficiently and safely.

* Label and handle blood samples for laboratory processing.

* Ensure patient comfort and provide clear explanations of procedures.

* Maintain accurate patient records and follow data protection protocols.

* Adhere to infection control and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

* Relevant phlebotomy training/certification.

* Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting preferred.

* Excellent communication and patient-care skills.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
