As Plant Administrator, a summary of your responsibilities below:
* Perform general administrative and office tasks efficiently.
* Generate and manage purchase orders for the department.
* Update and maintain in-house computer systems to reflect current stock levels accurately.
* Verify and reconcile invoices against system-generated purchase orders for payment processing.
* Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
Essential qualifications and attributes include:
* Previous experience in a plant or tooling environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
* Proficient in IT, with strong skills in relevant software applications.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration.
