As the Disrepair Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of disrepair cases within the organisations portfolio. Your focus will be ensuring compliance with housing regulations, efficiently handling disrepair claims, and driving the resolution process. You'll lead a small team, working alongside contractors, legal professionals, and internal departments to address resident concerns, implement repairs, and maintain high standards across the stock.

Lead and manage disrepair cases, ensuring compliance with housing laws and regulations.
Oversee the investigation, inspection, and resolution of disrepair complaints.
Develop and implement proactive strategies to minimise disrepair claims and improve overall service delivery.
Work closely with contractors, legal teams, and residents to facilitate timely resolutions.
Ensure robust documentation and record-keeping for all disrepair cases.
Manage and support a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Stay up to date with housing regulations, disrepair case law, and industry best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have proven experience in disrepair management or a similar capacity within the housing sector. You will need a strong understanding of housing law, disrepair regulations, and the processes involved in resolving claims.
