Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A growing Quantity Surveying team in a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a career-focused Assistant Quantity Surveyor for its Waterloo-based office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor’s Role

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work alongside an experienced and knowledgeable Associate Director who will support your professional development and route to chartership. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will help to carry out both pre and post contract work on meaningful, residential projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a Quantity Surveying degree, or on the apprenticeship scheme

* Cost planning or pre contract experience

* 12+ months PQS/Consultancy experience (in the UK)

* Comfortable working in a non-corporate, close knit QS team
