I am working alongside a leading earthworks and remediation contractor. They are looking to onboard a site engineer to manage the engineering of an earthworks package being delivered in Birmingham. My client operate heavily across the West Midlands and neighbouring counties.

Site engineer responsibilities:

* Conducting daily site surveys.

* Producing and recording As-built surveys.

* Quality assurance.

* Maintaining machine control.

* Checking levels.

* Volume calculations.

* Liaising with the client.

* Reporting to project manager.

Site engineer requirements:

* RIght to work in the UK.

* CSCS card.

* Diploma or degree in civil engineering or surveying.

* Proficient with Leica GPS/ total station surveying equipment.

* Proficient with AutoCAD.

* Proficient with LSS or N4CE or Trimble business centre.

* Previous experience with bulk earthworks.

* Full UK driving licence.
