FinTech RS are recruiting for a Finance Assistant for our client based near Inverurie, Aberdeenshire. This is a permanent, full time position working fully in-office, with flexible start & finish times.

Main duties include:
* Supporting Finance Manager with day-to-day transactional finance duties
* Processing both Purchase and Sales Invoices, and company expenses
* Assisting with Credit Control
* Input data into relevant spreadsheets and accounting software
* Supporting with wider administrative tasks and other business functions where required
Suitable candidates should have the following:
* Previous experience in a busy Finance department
* Experience utilising Accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage, etc) and Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
* An enthusiastic and proactive approach, with strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail
