Construo Recruitment are recruiting a Site Manager to work for a well-established leader in roofing, cladding, metal systems, and coatings. They take pride in delivering high-quality, durable, and compliant solutions across various sectors. As they continue to expand, they are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage roofing and cladding projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage on-site operations for roofing and cladding projects.

* Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

* Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.

* Monitor project progress, quality control, and adherence to deadlines.

* Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to maintain safety and compliance.

* Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

* Handle any on-site challenges and ensure problem resolution.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager in the roofing and cladding industry, with a focus on metal systems and coatings.

* Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding services, legislation, and industry best practices.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors on-site.

* Experience in health & safety compliance and risk assessments.

* CSCS, SMSTS, or relevant site management certifications (preferred).
