Role Overview:

* Position: Multi-Skilled Facilities Technician

* Location: London, Lewisham, Singler Site – 30 storey building – growing to 2 buildings in the future.

* Property Type: High-end student accommodation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proactive and Independent: Ideal candidates will be self-sufficient, proactive, and capable of working independently.

* Client Relations: Someone who excels in building and maintaining client relationships.

* Maintenance Master: Responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC systems and other key building services systems.

* Plumbing & Heating: A background in plumbing and heating is highly desirable as this is what’s needed most on this site.

What We Offer:

* Salary: £40-45K with a potential bonus of up to £10K based on performance.

* Working Hours: 8am-5pm (core hours)

* Employment Type: Full-time salaried position (no hourly pay, and overtime is not anticipated).

* Holiday Allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays.
