Are you an experienced Credit Controller ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a Credit Control Supervisor to lead a vibrant and growing team within a market-leading professional services business in Crewe.

This is a hands-on, office-based role where you’ll play a key part in leading a team, improving processes, and driving performance in a business going through an exciting period of growth!

Your Role:

Oversee the Credit Control team, ensuring targets are met and processes are followed
Lead by example—handling key accounts and complex queries
Coach, support, and motivate the team to reduce aged debt and improve cash flow
Build strong internal and external relationships to streamline collections
Report on debtor performance and drive continuous improvements

Proven experience in credit control with leadership or mentoring responsibilities
A confident communicator and motivator who can build strong team relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Knowledge of credit control processes, reporting, and finance systems
