Role:
As a Residential Conveyancer, the selected candidate will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. This includes freehold and leasehold conveyancing, remortgages, and transfers of equity. The role requires a meticulous approach to managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Demonstrable experience handling a wide range of residential property matters
- Proficiency in managing multiple cases autonomously with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to the firm's objectives
- Familiarity with conveyancing software and case management systems
