What you'll be doing;

Safely load and unload palletised waste from vehicles

Operate forklift truck to move waste around the site

Understand and follow waste storage requirements

Communicate safety issues to the transfer manager

Conduct hazardous waste acceptance process

Book outgoing loads to other sites

Complete drum inspection reports and labeling

Use Salesforce system for waste management

Perform bulking and repacking of waste materials

Conduct daily and weekly checks, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to regulations and procedures

What we're looking for;

Confident with excel spreadsheets

English and maths GCSEs minimum.

Forklift truck experience is desirable.

Able to follow instructions.

General awareness of the principles of good health and safety.

Able to read and understand Work Instructions and Risk Assessments.

Possess good communication skills and be able to work within a team.

A good work ethic and ability to respond to the work requirements of the day.

Knowledge and experience of bulk tanker and bulking operations is desirable..(training will be given)

Be physically fit and comfortable with outdoor working.
